Huang Zhou' Painting Exhibition will Open in Yan Huang Art Museum

In order to commemorate the 60 anniversary of the foundation of Chinese People’s Republic of China, Yan Huang Art Museum will hold “Huang Zhou’s Painting Exhibition” during Sept.29 to Oct.31. This exhibition is held by Yan Huang Art Museum with the coordination with Beijing Culture Bureau and China Minsheng Bank.

Being the pioneer of Chinese fine art since the foundation of China, Huang Zhou developed a kind of fresh style of Chinese painting with typically periodical feature, strong life temperament and unique language of rush and ink.

In order to stir the resonance with the audience and the paintings themselves, Huang Zhou keeps researching and absorbing the essence of the Chinese traditional painting. The people’s interest is his creation criteria. He encourages the public to be active, optimistic, ambitious and to pursue the truth and love.

Snow of the Early Spring

The artworks displayed on the exhibition includes 80 pieces of paintings and sketches, etc with Huang Zhou’s typical characters, which reflects Huang Zhou’s contribution to the renovation of new Chinese traditional painting.
