Jiang Zhaohe is a renowned painter. In 1927, he was invited to teach as a professor at the National Central University in Nanjing. In 1937, he began to teach as a professor in Jinghua Fine Arts School and Beiping Art School. In 1947, he was invited to teach at National Beiping Art School. Since 1950, he served as a professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He was elected as staff member and advisor of The Chinese Artists' Association, and member of Executive Committee of the Research Institute of Chinese Painting. His representative works include Collection of Jiang Zhaohe Paintings, Paintings Collection of Jiang Zhaohe, A Selection of Jiang Zhaohe Paintings, etc. He also published some of his academic papers such as the Teaching Problem on Chinese Figure Drawing and The Sketch Teaching of Chinese Painting, etc.
